Cynthia Hallman,
President and CEO of Fig Street Marketing Group, founded the
company in 2000. Cynthia has acquired over 20 years of experience
in the fields of marketing and communications and brings this
expertise to
her clients at FSMG. She works directly with each client and
her team of experienced project managers to ensure the flawless
delivery of every project. Whether it be managing a corporate
event, executing and fulfilling a national sales incentive, or
creating a marketing sales tool, Cynthia oversees the program
from development through execution to post-event activities.
She provides FSMG clients the assurance that their projects and
programs will be delivered on budget and on time - every time.
During her 13 year tenure with Hewlett-Packard, Cynthia was first employed as
a MarCom Specialist and was soon promoted to a Field Marketing Specialist. She
was responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing programs
initially for her southern California team. Her territory was later expanded
to include all of California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, as well
as the Pacific Northwest. Time and again, Cynthia was called upon to mentor new
Field Marketing Specialists across the United States. In addition, she acted
as a Team Lead on a multitude of national corporate initiatives. During her career
at HP, Cynthia was awarded "Rookie of the Year" and was a five-time
recipient of "Most Valuable Player." She was elected to attend Achiever's
Club, HP's invitation-only year-end excellence program, six times.
Cynthia graduated from the University of California, Irvine with degrees in International
Public Relations with minors in both German and French. Cynthia is an avid equestrienne,
and makes her home in southern California with her family.
